SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION AGENDA COUNCIL OF GOIRLE
The administrative agreement of the municipality of Goirle reads; "Sustainable and Serving". The city council has thus given the committee an extremely ambitious task to translate these terms into practice. In the integrated implementation agenda, a relationship has been established between the ambitions of the council and the ambitions of the committee. These ambitions can be simply marked as top priorities.
At the end of the council's term, these goals must be further anchored within the total planning & control cycle. This also means that ambitions must have been translated into goals with associated policy indicators. This helps to determine which activities are necessary to achieve such a goal. This agenda was drawn up in consultation with employees from all departments. Subjects that can be approached from multiple angles have therefore been brought together with this implementation agenda as a result.
