As part of the 3rd component of the PartiCiP au DEL programme, dedicated to the development of economic potential, VNG International organised a technical workshop for the preparation of business plans in the municipality of Ouidah, Benin, from 11 to 13 October 2023. The aim of the workshop was to help actors in the pilot municipalities to prepare bankable proposals to access financing credits and other financial opportunities. Local administration executives and actors from the private sector were trained through the presentation of various modules, such as matching the business plan with the promoter, the steps in carrying out a feasibility study for a project, and the presentation of a standard business plan outline.
