CSO partners who will be implementing phase three of the Ethiopia Social Accountability Program that VNG International manages, have convened mid-May 2019 in Adama for a Pre-Disbursement Training. The training focused mainly on implementing and monitoring the Social Accountability process at Kebele (=neighbourhood associations, which are the smallest unit of local government in Ethiopia) and woreda (=district) level. Over 200 participants from 300 woredas have taken part in the training simultaneously, which was truly a world class performance by our Management Agency and the various national and international experts involved.
